Showing Black box while adding Virtual Tour using Shortcode

    Hi,

    I’m working on my client website using the Free version of the plugin. At one place the tour is added fine using shortcode. However on the other page it is showing only black box.

    I’ve attached image URL the screenshot for your reference.

    Did you publish the shortcode in the page inside any other tab, pop-up, or any other sections?
