    Hi,

    I just set up security by Cleantalk and tried to scan malware for the first step.

    Then an error occurred below;

    “Error occurred while sending scan logs. Error: SERVER_ERROR NO: 8 MSG: Params bad 3.”

    What shall I do? Or anything that I should check before running the scan?

    Please let me know in details.

    Hello.

    Thank you for your request.

    1. Please, reactivate the plugin with “Complete deactivation” option enabled.

    2. Make sure if you are using correct access key, re-save it and try to perform scanning again.

    Write back if the problem persists.

    Thank you for your reply.

    I have done it, one website still shows an error message.

    Recheck the key, deactivate it, done for more than 5 times.

    Is there anything that I should do? Please let me know.

    WP : 4.9.8

    We cannot upgrade WP version since some plugins are not ready for latest version.
