Showing all FAQs twice

    Hi, I have just installed and got two questions

    1. For the FAQs page, all FAQ categories showing twice and I have tried every option in the setting and confirm the [ultimate-faqs] shortcode only used once.
    2. If there FAQs categories has parent and child in hierarchy, how to display in tree with hierarchy style?

    Hi Chris,

    1. That sounds like maybe you also set that same page for the “FAQ Page” option in the basic area of the settings page.

    2. There is no way to display it like that. While sub-categories (available by default from WordPress for hierarchical post types) can be used for organizational purposes, they are treated the same as parent/top-level categories by the plugin when it comes to displaying them.

    Thank you for this answer, I have been searching for weeks now why my FAQ’s were being displayed twice. I suggest that you mention this on your settings page ??

    We do. The following is the description that shows under the FAQs Page option:

    Select a page on your site to automatically display all of the FAQs you have created. Alternatively, you can also use the blocks and shortcodes to display your FAQs on pages other than the one selected above.
