  • Hi @zotezo,

Thanks for writing in and we’re sorry to hear about the trouble you’re facing.

I checked your site and it looks like you have a caching plugin installed and activated on the site. We’ve seen cases where the minify and combine script feature of caching plugins causes WPForms script to break which results in issues like you’re getting right now.

When you get the chance can you please try the following?

    • Exclude the page or post?where the forms are?from JS optimization by unselecting the Minify/combine JS option in the page or post editor. Please check here for more details.
    • In WP Rocket, disable the?Combine JavaScript?files?option then save the settings. For more details, please check here.

Kindly make sure to clear your site’s cache after doing any of the changes above.

I hope this helps and please feel free to let me know if you have any other questions.

    Thank you. ??

    Hi,
That solves the purpose in case of pages. But what is for my 12K medicine pages like https://www.zotezo.com/in/medicines/dolo-650-mg-tablet/ where it is showing this alert
    Something doesn’t feel appropriate?
Heads up! WPForms has detected an issue with JavaScript on this page. JavaScript is required for this form to work properly, so this form may not work as expected. See our troubleshooting guide to learn more or contact support.
This message is only displayed to site administrators.
I do not allow it to exclude these pages as Google page optimization results may hamper.
    How to fix it?
    Thanks

    Hello @zotezo,

Are you still getting the warning message when you’re logged in because when I checked the page and inspected the code console, I don’t see any Javascript error that should trigger the warning message that you’ve mentioned?

    Thanks!

It is showing when Admin is logged in and shows this page after logging in…

    Hi @zotezo,

In that case, when you get the chance, could you please try using the steps in WPBeginner’s detailed guide on troubleshooting WordPress to see if it helps resolve the issue?

    Hi @zotezo,

We haven’t heard back from you in about a week, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.

    Thanks!
