Showing a popup only if URL parameter exists

You can use the Advanced Targeting Conditions (ATC) extension to target a specific URL and URL with a parameter. There is no need to use a code or hook to target the pages and not show/show the popup.

You can use ATC – Contains with a Negative Condition for specific URLs.

While you can use the ATC – Query Argument Is without a negative condition for URL with parameters.
