2. Do you see any warnings or errors when checking yourSite Health status (Tools > Site Health > Status), which differs from your Site Health information requested above? Such errors may include REST endpoint references.

What I suspect is happening, based on checking your site and seeing only a Universal Analytics snippet (UA), is that background updates for your site are not working (via wp-cron). Is this is the case, which we can determine from the information requested above, I can provide you with some steps to ensure that your site is using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), the successor to UA.
