Showing 0 Posts for All Categories

My categories (labels) all imported but on the category page it shows 0 posts for the categories. So the categories are there but its not registering the corresponding posts. Then when I go to the posts page it shows its connected to the category but the category widget shows 0 and the category page shows 0 posts for every category. Weird things category shows under post and the archives work. So just the widget and category page show 0. I have used this plugin many times and this has never happened. Any ideas?
