Show/hide selected comments in a thread

Hello everyone,

I’m looking for a way to show or not some selected comments in a thread.
The blog owner would choose if some comments are relevants or less for a conversation, and they would be partially displayed (e.g. you can see the name and date but not the rest, and you toggle to read the comment).

Is there any way to do this, or a plugin?

I can’t find anything but to show/hide every comments, or show/hide x-level of comments. That’s really not what I need. The blog owner has to pick.
