Show/Hide Menu Panel not showing

Hi,

Congratulations for the great plugin.

I have been using it without a problem but now after a server migration it is not working well.

I have access to the menu of the plugin. However the menu that is suppose to appear on the left after you click configuration for each user to give them access does not appear at all, thus as well not letting me to access to the utilities, etc.

I used backupbuddy to move my website to a localhost then back to another server. I have to point out that the database name changed and prefix as well. However the backupbuddy handle the migration so that there were no errors and so far any other plugin and reference has been working well, wonder if this was the issue.

Any advice?
