showcase not displaying properly

We highly apologize for this late response. The plugin has been updated since you have posted this issue. The latest update does not have any issue like this. We highly recommend you to check the shortcode. Most of the time users paste the shortcode and there is some default HTML tag like the “PRE” automatically gets applied. It is the leading reason for similar problems apart from that this plugin does an excellent job. Hope you will accept our apology and keep using this spectacular plugin.

@gkibria69 This is EXACTLY what happened to me. Simple fix: In the classic editor, just under the “Add media” button, open the drop down menu and switch from “Preformatted” to “Paragraph”.

Problem solved.

Issues wit the featured catergory image not displaying full size

@seceq2019 The sizing is automatic. If you add more than three additional categories (with a column size of 1) like 4,5 or 6 then it will make the first picture 2*2. Selecting 6 additional categories (with a column size of 1) will offer you an excellent showcase. If you choose the column size of 3 then only two additional categories will be enough to generate something like this. You can customize this section as you wish with different column size, but the maximum column size is 3 for each section.

Is there a way to display it better for mobile version? it shows one category per row and it doesn′t look well

There is actually no customization options for mobile devices right now. You have to stick with the default. You can share your ideas about the customization & we will try to implement them for you. Thanks a lot.

I think it would be enough if we can see the plug-in, two elements per row for the mobile version.
