Show widget on custom field on page

Hi,

We have a demo where we need to use seperate widgets for different companies.

In this example: https://wijkverpleegkundigen.iyfmklanten.nl/vacature/verzorgende-niveau-3ig-nacht-oostduin/

I placed a widget by hand now.

Is the organisation: Florence (you can see that in the header image)
How do I determin what query to use in the widget logic?

This is the same company and would like to get the widget on those pages/archives too.

Example: https://wijkverpleegkundigen.iyfmklanten.nl/vacature/verpleegkundige-zzper/ Company: Florence)

Other company: Here we need other widget.

Who can help me? I need to know how and what to filter so all companies can get a different sidebar.
