Show week of the year instead of date

    When I publish a new post it shows the date (Posted on September 28, 2013) it was posted on. I would like to know if it is possible to show the week of the year (‘Posted in week 22, 2013’). I have searched and there are a lot of ways of displaying dates. but I can’t find out how to show a week. Is this possible?
