Show uploaded HTML page on Pages dashboard

  • The WP admin only shows the things that WP knows about. You can have all kinds of scripts, images, and pages that are actual files that are viewable without interfering with WP. But WP doesn’t know about them.
    So if you want that page to show in the admin, you would have to create a page through WP, and fill it (in the editor) with the content you want. If you copy the HTML from that html file, only use the part between <body> and </body> and be careful if there is already a menu or whatever, that your theme might be doing already.
