Show UM members on live website

You can create a Member directory in WP Admin > Ultimate Member > Member Directory. You can copy the Member Directory shortcode from there and then paste the shortcode to a page where you want to show the Member Directory.

Ok, And how can user posts where it says ‘no posts created by this user’

UM doesn’t have a feature where they can create posts. You have to allow users to create posts in WP-Admin > Posts or use a third-party plugin to post on the front-end. When a user has a post, it will automatically display their post in the UM Profile > Posts tab.
