Show Topic List

How do I show a topic list, or topic index. I am currently using the shortcode:
[bbp-topic-index]

But, this shows the voting graphics next to the topics, even though voting has been disabled for those forums.

In other words, if voting is disabled for a forum, I do not want the up/down arrows and the number “0” next to the topic in the index. Does that make sense?

I can edit CSS or add code, but would appreciate any help in achieving this. Thank you!
