show title instead of description in lightbox

Would it be possible to add an option to show the Title of a photo instead of the description in the lightbox?
My photos get their titles from the tools im using to upload and sync it and there i cannot easily add a description. Therefore i do not ahve a nice workflow to add descriptions. But for my usecase using the title for the photo makes a lot of sense and I would love the ability to set that.
