Show Timer to Users Multiple times

Is there a way to have the timer show for the same user multiple times over a short period of time. I’m using the evergreen feature with cookies option so that it counts down 60 seconds before redirecting. Ideally I’d like someone to be able to go back to that same page later that day or or the next and have the counter restart. At the moment this doesn’t happen, I’m assuming because of a cookie that has been set to say not to run the time because the time has already expired. Is there something I can do to disable this cookie so that it shows every time.
