    Is there a way to actually display the list of all tickets to the visitors? It seems only admin can see it in the panel.

  • Hi, You can very well display the list of all tickets (belongs to them) to the visitors. Please check the section “Support Form” on the wsdesk documentation.
    Also, check the various short code options which brings flexibility for the way you want to display the tickets.

    I know users can check THEIR ticket but I want everyone to see ALL tickets.

    Is it like a public forum, which will be only visible to every logged in users? If this is the case, then this feature is not available on WSDesk Support Desk plugin as of now.
    Could you please explain your business case in detail, so that we can consider this feature for future releases?

    I’m thinking in cases you want to use it to resolve issues between a company and your readers and in case the company does not comply to be able to blacklist them etc. So in my case Im not going to use it in a traditional way but more to raise complains.

    Ok. Thank you for letting us know. Currently, WSDesk works as a Private support desk system. We can consider this use case in future.
