show thumbnail with different size

  • All my thumbnail size is 310 px width * 150 px height in my site (https://www.picor.ir)
    I want to show 150 * 150 px from my thumbnails images in related post in my theme…
    exactly like media uploader that show 150 * 150 px from every images which have been uploaded.
