Show this weeks post

  • Hi everyone
    i was wondering if it was possible to show only the posts made this week on the index page?
    (or any other page i can set that to be the index page)
    So not to show 7posts but only the ones made this week
    I was hoping this could be done with a plugin, or simple code
    and with a plugin i was hoping something that could put posts that are older than 7days into a new category

    I somewhat have what i want right now using Autodeleteposts
    to move them to a category and excluding it from my index page
    but doing it like this i cant really do easy pagenation
