Show the full text, even if there is a “read more”

Hello! I have what seems like a simple question. I want to use Display Posts to show the full text of the most recent post in a category, even if there is a “read more” inserted partway through the post. I’ve set the parameters to:

[display-posts category="web-chats" posts_per_page="1" include_content="true"]

However, only the beginning of the post appears, followed by a Read More button. Is there a way to show the WHOLE post every time?
