Show the download in Payment History Dashboard Table

Can you please clarify this Payment history page in admin side or is it user purchase history table at front end side?

thanks for the reply, I mean the admin side, our global puchases history

We have different Downloads and payments are made for many of them in the period, so it would be useful for us to identify on the fly to which download is referred a payment.
