Show the Coupon Code Field without Clicking “Have a coupon” button

Hello.

Does any one know how to show the Coupon Code Field automatically in the Checkout page without clicking the “Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code” button?

Basically, I just want to have the Coupon Code Field for people to enter the code, even no need to show the “Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code” message.

I tried to search about it online, just most of them teach you how to hide or disable the whole Coupon Code section on Checkout page, but not the way I want.

Any suggestion is appreciated.
