Show the box only when link is clicked

Hello to all,
I decided to get rid of another plugin (which showed up a callback form after pressing a button) and do the same thing with STB and a contact form.
The box should be triggered only by clicking a button “Request a call” in another box. This works, but I haven’t been able to simply not show the box if it’s not triggered by clicking on the button. Is there a way to just show it when linked?
