Show Text in Message Body

Hi there,

Is it possible to display text in the Message Body conditionally with a select dropdown?

Eg a select dropdown contains 3 options; “Hair Salon 1”, “Hair Salon 2”, “Hair Salon 3”.

When a user selects “Hair Salon 2” text is included in the Mail (2) Message Body autoresponder email that they receive stating something like (Please Note; Hair Salon 2 is closed on Sunday).
