    Hi There,
I’m trying to exlude the VAT showing in the “new order” e-mails, i found some topics but didn’t really find the right answer.

I don’t want to turn of the VAT/TAX on the website, or the e-mail to the customer, only in the “new order” e-mail.

    Thanks in advance.

  • @hshila Each of the emails which is sent on the website has a template, you can copy the new order email template and then modify it.

    Hello @hshila,

You can customize the email templates from the plugin source. There are also some plugins available on various marketplaces.

But I would suggest you to hire a developer to customize the plugin for you.

Please let me know if you are cool with PHP, I will find the file location for you ??

    Hi There Sekander, @badsha_eee
No i’m not that really good in PHP, i assumed it is not that hard, only change settings in the e-mail template, but guess i’m wrong?

The settings do not allow that much modification from the graphical interface. You can change only sending address and subject from wp-admin → WooCommerce → Settings → Email.

There is a button to copy the template to your theme and edit. But the tax information has to be removed by custom code override.
