show tax and tax-rate

Hi,

First of all, thanks for this great plugin.

I am currently creating my own template and it’s starting to look good.

The total is showing the total amount including tax. That’s fine but I also want to show the tax and the tax rate seperately. And below that I want to have the total amount excluding tax.

This is what I have now:

Total € 121 (including 21 tax)

And this is what I would like:

Total incl tax € 121
Tax 21% € 21
Total excl tax € 100
