Show Tabs Position

    How does the Show Tabs Position work? I selected Bottom but I do not see any difference between Bottom or Top. I thought the tabs would be on the bottom rather than the top. Also, does the Tab Alignment supposed to move the tabs from left to right if right is selected? If so, then this isn’t working.
