Show Subcategories and Products in Subcategories

  • My store is organized with categories, subcategories, and sub-subcategories. May seem extreme, but here’s a sample of the structure (it’s not the full structure obviously):

    Branded Merch
    – Apparel
    – Home & Living
    MP3s
    – Devotionals
    – Sermons
    – – Romans Series
    – – Philippians Series

    Under the subcategory of “Sermons” I have subcategories for sermon series and a few individual sermons. However, when viewing that category (link below), it won’t display the individual sermons, only the categories. Under the Customizer, I said category pages should show subcats and products. No matter what I choose, it shows only subcats.

    I know I could have a subcategory of Sermons > Single Sermons but I figured the single sermons best fit in just Sermons.

    How do I show both?

    Any thoughts?

    I’m also having the same issue/need and it’s weird there’s no solution or extension for it.

    Also if you have multiple subcategories, it won’t show a subcategory unless there’s a product inside, so you can’t have
