Show Sticky post of the category

hi all,
I have just a website and want to show sticky post .
Ex:
Web had 5 sticky post and 4 category.
Cat1 : 2 sticky post
cat2 : 1 sticky post
cat3 : 2 sticky post
cat4 : 0 sticky post
Need :
– When i browse cat1 then 2 sticky post(more sticky post then show more) show on top and normal post stay bottom. Block <div> sticky post different with normal post.
– Cat2, cat3 same cat1
– Cat4 no sticky post then show normal post
