Show specific items with shortcode

Can we show specific items (by ID) and use shortcode?
I’ve tested this shortcode but it show all items:

[wpdm_packages id="11141,11142,11143"  jstable=1 items_per_page="10" orderby="date" order="desc" template="link-template-calltoaction3" cols=1 colspad=1 colsphone=1]

I have tried to follow the advice from Short-codes but this shortcode still does not work.
How can I solve this proble?
