In your current theme, you just need to change small CSS which is making width too small.
Please add the following CSS to your custom CSS section

#top .fullsize .template-blog .post .entry-content-wrapper {
width: 100% !important;
max-width: unset !important;
}
#top .fullsize .template-blog .post .entry-content-wrapper > * { max-width: unset !important; }

This will increase the width of the theme container.

Now it works great. One last question: Is it possible to do something in styling? Would be nice if the description of the presenter can moved to the place which ill show into my picture https://prnt.sc/q5k23e.

You can do both things easily.
1. If you add event description and keep the organizer description field empty then you don’t need to adjust anything.
Just in case if you want to move the organizer description and replace with event description then you need to override template file by following this doc

2. You can change the slug of the URL from the permalink settings. Please go the settings->permalink and change the event slug.

I am not sure about your language character maybe not supporting in the WordPress URL slug. Can you please try any other simple word which doesn’t contain characters like this ü

I found the file i was looking for in templeates folder. File name was content-single-event_listing.php. This topic here could be closed.
