Show shipping details per country as dropdown on single product page

Hi all together,
I am looking for a plugin or a solution for a dropdown on the single product page which can show the shipping options for every country I ship to. I think the easiest solution would be to add a dropdown with every country I ship to, which shows some delivery facts for the choosen country.
