Show Separate Types in Separate Places

Hey all,
I’m using the Listable theme, which uses Job Manager to display listings for places instead of jobs. It’s good for part of what I want to do, but I also want to display regular job listings as well as listings for used items and houses.
Is there a way I could separate these listing types? They would have to meet these conditions:
-Different front-end submission forms for each type (with different fields)
-Different single-listing templates for each type? (not sure if necessary, but if they have different fields, maybe this is required) – the dropdown search and list would have to hide categories not belonging to the correct listing type.
-Payment plans for each – I am planning on making payment plans for the place types of listings that can feature them, while I plan on charging for posting a “job” type of listing, and then keeping “item” listings free.Or would it just be easier to use a separate plugin for different types?
