Show search results on a theme template

  • Hi, I’ve created a template (Store Locator template). In which I have just added the search field. So when I search via zip code, I want to show results on theme template file. Is it possible?

    The only build in way to search from another input field, and then redirect it to a page that uses the [wpsl] shortcode is with the search widget.

    If you for example want to create a custom input field, and then redirect it to the custom theme template file, then this can also be done, but this require you to write custom code to send the form there and to process it.
