Show rss feed on a page not sidebar..

Hi all,

i want to create a page that is capable of showing the last 5 posts from whatever sites i want. I have a network of sites i want to display the most recent posts from. I saw a bit of one line code here once and it worked greate but i since lost it. It was a simple way of doing it. No plugin was necessary.. Any help would be great
