Show results on user's page instead of Thank you message

Hi,
Is it possible to show for each user the results of their survey?
At the moment, when a user logs in and goes to the survey page, he gets this message“Your response to this survey has already been recorded. Thank you!”
How could I show his questions and answers on that page instead of that message?
I really hope this is doable as I haven’t found a better plugin than this to do what I needed.Thank you
