Show results on a different page don’t work on every Page

Hi,
the setting “Show results on a different page” works wonderfully when I insert the shortcode on normal pages. Unfortunately, when I paste the shortcode on the product pages itself, it doesn’t work. Then it redirected to a “/?wpf=wpf_60c3c74370f1a&wpf_page=1” page and not the page that I have chosen.
PS: I’m building the page with Divi Builder, if that makes a difference.

That would be wonderful,
the website is still private. If you give me an email address, I can change the relevant pages to password protected and send you the link and password. If you need access to the backend, please let me know.
