Show Purposes screen rather than initial screen on a link

    Is it possible to get the pop-up window to open on the Purpose Screen view rather than on the Initial Screen when using the “#displayConsentUI” example (Add a custom link to any menu and set the url value to “#displayConsentUI” to open the UI when clicked) in a link? i.e. just like it does on the persistent link box on the bottom right of our websites?
