Thank you for using Easy Listings Map.
If your mean is editing markers infowindow content, that is possible in version 1.2 and above of the plugin but it needs coding skills in javascript and php.
In 1.2 of the plugin there is a filter elm_marker_info in class-elm-public-google-map-marker.php file that you can filter information set for each marker, after changing information of each marker by this filter you need to override shortcode template file and in template file there is a code that enqueue default script for creating map and there is a elm_google_maps script that you should dequeue this script and create you own by copying this script content and editing infowindow information, so if you are not a developer it is not good idea for doing this, because your requested feature can not update infowindow information only by filtering and it needs some javascript codes.
Also I explained overriding templates of Easy Listings Map in new documentation that if you already subscribed to Easy Listings Map it sent you but also if you did not subscribed you can subscribe to list here or wait for 1.2.1 version of the plugin that helps you how to download new documentation by subscribing.
