Show properties of a specific type.

Hello, I installed the plug-in and it really saved me a lot of work.
My problem is when I want to show only the properties of a specific type, because all properties appear.
The same thing happens to me when displaying on the map, I just want to show the properties that are for sale. Or those that are for rent. How is it done?
