show previous/next post links on site index

    is there any way to get previous/next post link on sites main page?
    is there a hack to make wp think that main page == single post page?

    I have one post shown per page and want to have links to previous/next posts. NOT the paged navigation, but actual post link like it is in wordpress default theme when viewing single post.
