Show potential threat in "no-content" file, why?

  • Dear Friends,
    My company site is blacklisted by Google due to some code injection attack. I try to recover from it using “Anti-malware” plugin . On scanning it shows some file with injected code. But I got same issue in file with no content like
    1. wp-admin/setup-config.php
    2. wp-includes/js/wp-core.js.php
