    Hello @skoothondjie,

Thanks for reaching out Popup Maker Support!

If you want to control the showing frequency of the popup then you can create a cookie to the popup.

We would suggest creating “On Popup Close” cookie event and set the cookie time to 1 month or 1 year.

Just another important setting is that you will need to set the cookie name to the Trigger settings.

See screenshot: https://share.getcloudapp.com/GGuWKk6E And, that will do the trick.

You can also check this guide below:

    https://docs.wppopupmaker.com/article/286-cookies-settings-and-features

On a further note, you can also try to use a session cookie. Session cookies expire when the user closes their browser. Note: Modern browsers that reopen your last browser session’s tabs do not properly clear session cookies.

    See this screencast: https://share.getcloudapp.com/Wnu7yJqw

    Hope this provides insights.

If you have any questions, let us know.

    Have a great day!
