Show Popup One Time

Hi,

Is it possible to show subscribe popup just for one time? Currently, what’s happening is its keep on coming throughout the website if user doesn’t click on “Subscribe” or “Cancel” option. It should only ask once to Subscribe irrespective of user selection.
