    Hello
Thank you for your great plugin!

I would like to know 2 things:

    1. How can I hide the popup after user subscribe to the newsletter (cf7+mailchimp) by clicking on “get updates” button and after he was redirected to the thank you page?

    2. If I click on the X button then the popup disapears but when I go to another page it is shown again. How can I display the popup only once when visitor go to any of the pages and not shown again when visiting other pages in the same session?

    Thanks

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • 1 – If you click on “Subscription Options” there’s a section called “After successful subscription.” Have you tried clicking on the “Hide popup” option here? That’s supposed to keep the pop-up from showing again after a successful signup.

2 – Go to “Pop-up options.” Turn on “pop-up showing limitation.” You’ll have two options once you do this. “Popup showing count” is how many times it will show to the user during a session. “Popup showing expiry” is how long each session is in days. So if you set it to 1 and 1, that means the pop-up will show once a day (24 hour period more specifically.)

    Hi
    Thanks for your reply.
I forgot to mension that the popup is an html type.
    1. I do not see Subscription Options when using html type.
If I use the subscription type I want to use the contact form 7 plugin form to be able to connect it to mailchimp as we did until now.

    2. Thanks updated it to 1 and 1.

    Dear @hagai,

If you are using Contact form 7 in our HTML popup type, you can use the “Behavior after special events” option to close the popup when the form is submitted:
