Show popup on specific WPML page

As a test I added a rule for the English page that is working. Language = EN. The popup does not work. Appears to be an issue with the Language rule.

Could you share a screenshot of the popup rules? Also the url where we should see it.

And lastly a screenshot of the language codes you configured in wpml .

please try in lowercase letter “fr” if that is not working try “fr_FR”

Lowercase worked for English page. The French page popup still does not open. I tried lowercase and the other option you indicated.

My mistake. Language = en does not work on English page. I guess I forgot to save when testing. I had to remove it to get the popup working again.

We have tested in different enviroments. For us it always work as long as we use the same slug as the language. In your case “fr” for france. It is case sensitive, so make sure is in lower case. If it doesn’t work for you, please try disabling other plugins and test it again when only WPML and WP Popups are enabled, to see if there is any incompatibility issue caused by a third party plugin.

I made a copy of the site for testing. Disabled all other plugins. Still does not work.
