show popup after scrolling percent of the page

  • when you want to show a popup after scrolling, it is fixed with only after scrolling half of the page. it would be nice to show the popup after a certain percentage that can be given by users of the plugin. if i can change it to show the popup after 10% or 20%(or any user input percentage) of the page after scrolling then that would be nice
