show pop-up on click on specific page

I’m trying to reduce un-needed code from my site pages.
As far as I can tell, to have a pop-up work by a link (<a href="#wow-modal-id-1">Open Popup</a>) I have to select to load the video code to display on all pages. Is there a way to select to only display on a specific page so the code only loads on that selected page?
