Show parent category and subcategory

Hi there –

My goal is to have a single page show a single category. Before the single files begin, it should show all of the subcategories.

When new subcategories are created for that category, it should dynamically update to include the new one.

When a subcategory is selected, it acts as a filter for the files.

Is this possible?
